I think these 2 articles are the best because the first one had references listed at the end which means that it is abviously a reliable source and the 2nd article had the name of the organization written clearly which emphasizes how reliable the source can be. It also had links for related topics and references. I look for the reliability of the source and set is as a first priority when searching to build my paper correctly instead of being based on some ambiguous writings.

The main argument of the editorial is that high authoritarian figures such as parents and teachers and other stake holders should treat teenagers as adults who are responssible for their choices. The author urges the stake holders to spread knowledge and awareness of the nature of drugs as a warning for the teenagers. The warnings supposedly would act as fear appeals that would eventually lead them to discard the idea of using drugs. He further elaborates by using the supply and demand theory. I do agree with his methodology since teenagers are old enough to make up their own my minds and decisions regarding this issue.

Unit 7

 My major is Architectural engineering so i chose ARTstor OFF-CAMPUS and Academic Search Complete (EBSCOhost). ARTstor OFF-CAMPUS is more convenient for me since it includes almost 550,000 images in the areas of art, architecture, the humanities, and social sciences with a set of tools to view, present, and manage images for research and pedagogical purposes. Architecture is more of designs and visual presentations of various techniques to implement in the process of architectural design. It is also accessable from outside campus which is even better; since most of the architectural work is done in group meetings for late hours outside campus. However, the link for faster access is valid only in campus. Other than that it is an extremely reliable source for those who are majoring in architecture or art for several reasons. Looking at the pictures in that specific database helps in the process of inspiration or even refining one’s idea or concept regarding designing an Architectural work. While, most of the other databases have articles without enough visual images which is not often the best solution for architectural processes.
